Tonbridge Loyalty Card (TLC)

What does it mean to be a TLC member?

The TLC Scheme was set up to provide customers with an extra incentive to shop with in Tonbridge and also to provide local businesses with a support network. We work together to help make Tonbridge an appealing place for people to socialise and shop in.

Businesses that join the Tonbridge Loyalty Card (TLC) Scheme get the following benefits:

(1) Participation in the TLC Scheme, qualifying your customers to enter our monthly free draw to win one £50 voucher which is redeemable only with TLC members’ businesses.

(2) Membership of the TLC Members Community, which includes:

  • Facebook Group/discussion
  • Member events

(3) Discounted advertising and inclusion in the TLC membership list published in “What’s On” – we distribute 10,000 copies to the public 3 times a year.

The Scheme draws traders together to help facilitate joint marketing. By working together we can focus on the promotion of Tonbridge as an exciting and rewarding place to shop and socialise.

Members of the TLC scheme are featured in Tonbridge Town Team social media posts on Twitter and Facebook.

The Scheme membership year runs from/to 31 May. Annual membership is £55.

Useful Information

When you join the scheme we will provide you with a TLC pack which includes a pack of cards, a display stand, a stamp and a sticker/poster to display.

Further cards can be picked up from Susan Adams and Georgeous George.

Should you receive any prize vouchers in payment please email us at and we shall arrange to collect them and pay you for them.

Please join the TLC Members Community Facebook Group which you can find here as this allows us to easily keep in touch with you and share useful information.

Your Data

We keep a list of businesses that are members of the Tonbridge Loyalty Card scheme. This includes contact details and a record that your membership payments are up to date. We do not share this information with any third party except for Susan Adams Business Services Ltd who manages production of What's On and will contact you to offer advertising space. Should you leave the scheme we will remove your contact information from our records, although we do keep a record of previous members and payments made, for book-keeping purposes.

The only information held about What's On advertisers is limited to what is required to produce the advertisement and to satisfy HMRC tax record-keeping requirements. We do not share this information with any third party other than Susan Adams Business Services Ltd which deals with the advertisements, including invoicing, on our behalf and may contact previous advertisers to offer advertising space.
